Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wrist-up. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The watch must be unused and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and protective coverings must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn or used watches

  • Damaged items caused by misuse

  • Watches without original packaging

  • Customized or engraved watches

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.
